• For each school, click to select the correct classes or subjects
• Follow the Check Out process to completion

MAIL ORDER
(Cheque or Credit card payment).

• Build an order online using the instructions above
• In the shopping card click on the Mail Order Form button. This will build a customised and priced mail order form for you.
• Print your mail order form and send both pages to OfficeMax MySchool, Freepost 17019, PO Box 16 670 Christchurch
• Include a cheque or write in your credit card details on the form
• No stamp required
